Mission: Omega Project
2 Day Team Building Mission
The team receives a detailed written report of the OMEGA PROJECT.
From this, the team must make a plan of action.
On their travels, the team collect items for the OMEGA PROJECT which are built at the end.
The two days will test all the skills which can be related to the work place. During the period, many of the following competences will be tested:- Goal Setting, Communication, Negotiating and Listening skills, Problem Solving, Planning, Preparation and Delegation Strategies, Reporting to, Debating at and Chairing Meetings.
The two days will put the team under pressure; deal with lack of sleep, red herrings and limited resources etc.
